Business Team Leader (Aerospace Aviation)

• Lead cross-functional teams supporting complex aerospace and defense programs and contracts
• Manage program performance, cost, schedule, and customer commitments
• Serve as primary customer interface for program updates and issue resolution
• Develop and execute tactical and operational plans to meet business objectives
• Oversee contract performance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
• Lead development of proposals, contract negotiations, and program reporting
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other government contract requirements
• Drive process improvements and support team development and performance

Do you have experience in SAP?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field

• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, or related field
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry preferred
• Strong understanding of contract management, budgeting, cost control, and earned value concepts
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple complex projects
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar enterprise systems
