IT Solutions Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Solutions Coordinator to support IT operations, coordinate technology projects, and ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions for internal teams and clients., * Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and business technology solutions.

• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to manage IT-related projects and support activities.
• Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support the deployment of new technologies, applications, and system upgrades.
• Maintain IT documentation, technical procedures, and project records.
• Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT security protocols.
• Coordinate with external service providers for technical support and infrastructure maintenance.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and IT service requests.
• Ensure compliance with company IT standards, policies, and cybersecurity practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff when required.

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in IT coordination, technical support, or IT project management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business systems.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage.
