Job description

Finstars Capital SL is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and user access issues in a timely manner
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
  • Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT security and network stability
  • Perform routine updates, backups, and system maintenance tasks
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
  • Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup and access provisioning

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or similar
  • Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
