Job description

Join Legion Technical Solutions LLC as a Principal Test Systems Test Execution Lead in Tucson, AZ, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our advanced systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead test execution efforts and collaborate with a talented team dedicated to innovation and excellence., * Lead test execution activities for complex systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Develop and implement test strategies and plans to validate system performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and deliverables.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior test engineers in best practices and methodologies.
Continuously improve testing processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in test execution and systems testing.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing test teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
