Job description

The Quality Assurance Technician is a key contributor to product excellence, responsible for both hardware assembly and quality testing. This hands-on role involves assembling and preparing technical kits and medical equipment stations, then validating their functionality to meet internal standards and customer requirements.

The Technician will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve quality issues, following established procedures and ensuring each product is deployment-ready. The role requires comfort with physical hardware handling, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a commitment to process documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product excellence and compliance with standards using all required testing tools/equipment. Assemble and configure hardware components and kits for client deployments.

  • Perform functional testing and validation of devices using proprietary platforms and online tools.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards using appropriate diagnostic and testing equipment.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurately document each step.

  • Prepare and stage medical equipment stations for onsite deployment.

  • Identify, report, and help resolve product or quality issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with leadership to suggest and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Manufacturing standard operating procedures?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum one to two (1-2) years of experience in quality control and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting required.

  • Experience with hardware assembly

  • Expertise in following SOP and documenting steps followed in process after completion.

  • Proficiency with testing software, diagnostic tools, and documentation systems.

  • High school diploma required.
