Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Union One, you will play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. As a Data Analyst at Union One, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you’ll help identify trends, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven initiatives., * Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Design and construct SQL queries for data analysis and access.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance data collection procedures.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience with SQL
• 1+ year of experience with Python and Pandas
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience creating process documentation
