Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and deploying Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across both internal operations and customer-facing products. Working closely with senior technology leadership, you’ll help build AI capabilities from the ground up and have a direct impact on the company’s growth strategy., * Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.

• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, NLP tools, and AI-driven workflows.
• Develop APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into business platforms.
• Create scalable MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Generative AI.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices.
• Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking experience is highly desirable.
