Junior Computer Technician - Full-Time - Brooklyn, NY (Brooklyn, NY)

• Receive, register, label, and organize incoming packages and devices
• Prepare packages for pick-up and shipment
• Register client cases and greet clients at the office
• Connect and disconnect hard drives, SSDs, laptops, desktops, and other data storage devices
• Assist with assembling and disassembling computers and data storage devices
• Learn to identify basic computer parts, cables, adapters, and internal components
• Assist the technical team with simple hardware preparation tasks
• Learn basic soldering and other hands-on technical skills
• Organize spare parts, tools, office supplies, and common areas
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Communicate with team members and support daily operations
• Complete other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Typing?, * Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break

• Authorization to work in the US
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and interest in computer hardware
• Willingness to learn computer assembly/disassembly, data storage devices, and basic soldering
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good typing speed
• Minimum 6 months of office, receptionist, computer assistant, or similar experience preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to follow instructions
