QA TECHNICIAN

• Operate laboratory analytical equipment including ICP, LECO, XRF, XRD, SEM, optical microscopes, dimensional analysis, and magnetometry
• Review, document, and record analytical results in LIMS/database systems
• Support development, validation, and rollout of testing methods under the Technology team
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support laboratory instrumentation
• Assist with chemical inventory tracking and management
• Perform routine lab housekeeping and inspections
• Conduct statistical quality analysis (SQC) on production and test data
• Participate in Gage R&R and measurement system studies
• Support Kaizen events, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)

Do you have experience in Traditional material testing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Experience or aptitude in chemical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific/engineering field
• Strong computer skills with data entry and analytical reporting experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in IATF 16949 manufacturing environments
• Background in chemical testing methods and materials characterization (preferred rare earth materials experience)
