Job description

Innovien is supporting a large-scale logistics and supply chain modernization program for one of the most complex transportation and distribution networks in the country. We’re hiring an EDI Analyst to own end-to-end integration across customers, carriers, and enterprise systems - a high-visibility seat with real technical and operational ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end EDI integration projects spanning customers, carriers, vendors, and internal business teams across a logistics and supply chain environment
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new EDI transactions, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into development specifications
  • Coordinate trading partner onboarding including mapping, testing, validation, and production deployment
  • Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures, mapping discrepancies, and integration incidents across multiple systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * 7+ years of experience as an EDI Analyst integrating customer data into enterprise systems

  • Direct experience in supply chain environments with strong command of supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows
  • Hands-on with EDI transaction sets including 214, 219, and 205 in logistics, transportation, or distribution
  • Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems and how WMS data integrates with surrounding enterprise systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and external trading partners through the full integration lifecycle

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering carrier integrations, including familiarity with carrier-specific EDI requirements and communication protocols
  • Exposure to ERP platforms or enterprise integration environments, * Do you have experience working with EDI transaction sets (such as 214, 219, or 205) in a supply chain, logistics, or distribution environment?
  • How many years of experience do you have as an EDI Analyst integrating customer data into enterprise systems?
  • How many years of experience do you have independently troubleshooting and resolving EDI mapping or data translation issues in a production environment?
  • Do you have direct experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and how they integrate with surrounding enterprise systems?
  • Are you willing to take a drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations?
