Job description
- Provide first-level engineering support and resolve the majority of reported web-application issues
- Perform development tasks for the enhancement of existing applications as well as new applications
- Wage war on defects and destroy technical debt
What Technologies?
- The front-end is powered by JavaScript and PHP
- The back-end is powered by C# and MySQL
- Issue management is handled via Jira
- Our source code repository is Git
- Automated feature testing is done with WebdriverIO
- We use the Agile methodology (Scrum) for development
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
- 1-2 years of experience with a modern JavaScript framework - we use Polymer and Typescript
- Familiarity with automated testing technologies
- Experience coding in PHP is helpful but not required
- Completed college degree
- Self-starter, capable of working independently and in collaboration with others
