Job description

  • Provide first-level engineering support and resolve the majority of reported web-application issues
  • Perform development tasks for the enhancement of existing applications as well as new applications
  • Wage war on defects and destroy technical debt

What Technologies?

  • The front-end is powered by JavaScript and PHP
  • The back-end is powered by C# and MySQL
  • Issue management is handled via Jira
  • Our source code repository is Git
  • Automated feature testing is done with WebdriverIO
  • We use the Agile methodology (Scrum) for development

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • 1-2 years of experience with a modern JavaScript framework - we use Polymer and Typescript
  • Familiarity with automated testing technologies
  • Experience coding in PHP is helpful but not required
  • Completed college degree
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and in collaboration with others
