Job description
As the Product Design Leader, you will be responsible for leading the company’s design vision, driving product redesign and rebranding initiatives, and creating exceptional user experiences that support business growth and customer engagement., * Lead all design functions across product, website, social media, partnerships, and other customer-facing channels

Drive the end-to-end redesign of digital products and oversee major brand transformation initiatives

Develop scalable design systems and visual standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to deliver high-quality design solutions and rapid product iterations

Define and execute the company’s long-term design strategy and creative vision
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX design project leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product design, visual design, UX/UI, or design leadership within fintech, consumer technology, or high-growth startups

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product design, branding, visual storytelling, and user experience design

Experience leading large-scale product redesigns, rebranding projects, and design system development

Proficiency in visual, motion, and digital design with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
