Job description

Responsible for oversight of NMC Testing Center operations and provides administrative support to the Office of Student Engagement (OSE). This position serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, and campus partners regarding ADA and make-up testing, manages daily testing logistics, and supports division-wide administrative efforts. Ensures operational compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations., Testing Center Operations

  • Coordinates daily operations of the NMC Testing Center, including exam scheduling, proctoring support, and communication of policies and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains online resources for the Testing Center, including scheduling tools and web content.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing coverage, training, and communication for all Testing Center operations.
  • Upholds secure, confidential handling of exams and student records in accordance with FERPA and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintains monthly and annual usage statistics in order to recommend operational improvements.
  • Builds strong campus partnerships and incorporates stakeholder feedback to refine testing procedures and improve service delivery.
  • Engages in professional development and maintains any relevant certifications related to testing services.

Administrative Support

  • Supports select administrative functions within the OSE, including:
  • Scheduling and communications on behalf of the division and the John D. Moritz Library
  • Contributes to team coordination and event support as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Degree in education, business administration, higher education, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in administrative coordination or testing services preferred., * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn new platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
