Job description

Manage and support AWS services including EC2, S3, DMS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and related cloud infrastructure components.
Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health across AWS environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and application-related issues within the AWS ecosystem.
Assist with cloud resource provisioning, maintenance, and optimization.
Perform day-to-day operational support and maintenance of Amazon Redshift clusters.
Monitor cluster performance, storage utilization, and query execution efficiency.
Support user management, permissions, and access control within Redshift environments.
Troubleshoot data platform issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents.
Assist in performance tuning and operational best practices for Redshift environments.
Utilize CloudWatch and other monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
Respond to operational alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations as needed.
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
Analyze and troubleshoot SQL queries, performance issues, and data-related incidents.
Develop and maintain basic scripts to automate operational tasks and monitoring activities.
Support data migration and integration processes utilizing AWS DMS and related services.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, * 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services, including:

EC2
S3
DMS
CloudWatch
Lambda
1-2 years of experience supporting Amazon Redshift environments.
Strong SQL troubleshooting and query analysis skills.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Understanding of cloud monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.
Experience with user access management and security best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across infrastructure and data platforms.
