Data Analyst (SAP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data management, product specifications, and operational processes. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, and support business initiatives through structured analysis and execution., Manage and maintain product specifications and related data in enterprise systems Support Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, updates, and validation Ensure data integrity across systems, including monitoring and reporting Execute changes following established processes and audit standards Compile, analyze, and summarize data for business decision-making Support ongoing projects and meet defined timelines and deliverables Collaborate with multiple teams to drive consistency and standardization Provide administrative and coordination support for specification-related activities Facilitate meetings and assist with project coordination as needed Adapt to new tools, systems, and process changes

Do you have experience in Data analysis software?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s degree accepted) Hands-on experience with SAP (required) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and data management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, Experience with PDM/PLM systems (e.g., Windchill PDMLink) Familiarity with Power BI or Power Apps Experience in data integrity, reporting, or master data management, * How many years of experience do you have using SAP in a professional setting?
