Parts Data Management Analyst

Our client is seeking a Parts Data Management Analyst II to join their Product Engineering Support team in East Moline, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Bills of Material (BOM) structures and analyzing part data inputs from design and manufacturing engineering. You will play a key role in implementing new products and updates, ensuring data integrity through Engineering Change Management (ECM), and driving consistency across multiple business units., * Develop and maintain complex BOM structures for product updates and new launches.

• Analyze data trends and acquire/process data to fulfill critical business objectives.
• Execute change decisions with rigorous audit standardization.
• Utilize SAP and PDMLink to manage parts data and specifications.
• Compile and summarize materials used in high-level business justifications and decision-making.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process consistency.

Do you have experience in Technical report writing?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Associate’s Degree accepted with relevant experience).

• Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills are a must).
• Experience with PDMLink or similar Product Data Management (PDM) software.
• High attention to detail and a “Continuous Learner” mindset to adapt to tool/process changes.
• PowerBI or PowerApps experience is a significant plus.
