Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager for a large financial firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be adept at facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on team dynamics and collaboration., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Lead project implementation efforts by coordinating tasks and resources effectively.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met according to schedule.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain test cases to ensure quality assurance throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage expectations.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure requirements related to project deliverables.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key metrics.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Proficient in program management principles and practices.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in applying various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure as it relates to project execution.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders for resource allocation and priority setting.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing test cases as part of the quality assurance process.
