Requirements

Hands-on Conversational AI Architect with expertise in LLMs, NLP/NLU, chatbot platforms, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable AI-powered conversational experiences, APIs, and microservices across web, mobile, and contact center channels. Strong experience with AWS/Azure, event-driven architectures, and modern AI frameworks is required. Must be capable of coding, leading technical reviews, and driving architecture decisions in complex enterprise environments.
