Job description

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key business metrics effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data integration from diverse sources such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Talend, and Looker.
  • Support database design efforts and manage linked data connections to facilitate seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Apply Agile project management principles within SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks to deliver timely analytics solutions.
  • Utilize tools like VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Power BI, Visio, and Business Analysis techniques to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline workflows.

  • Proficiency in programming languages including R and Python for advanced data analysis and automation tasks.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Experience working with linked data sources and implementing analytics solutions using Looker or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques to interpret requirements accurately and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Additional skills such as VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), Visio diagramming, or Oracle database management are advantageous.
  • Strong analysis skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to present findings clearly to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
