Data Analyst (Tableau and SQL)

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and enterprise data sources
• Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
• Support ad hoc analysis, executive presentations, and KPI tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting automation, and data accessibility
• Support any and other responsibilities as needed

• Flexible and adaptable with a strong work ethic, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting
• Proven experience building dashboards and working with large datasets
