Job description

REST API Integration - ServiceNow & Salesforce *

  • Develop and finalize REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce using Apex callouts
  • Review and maintain API Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
  • Troubleshoot API errors, failures, and outages through and post launch

Apex Development & Configuration *

  • Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and handlers for Flash use cases
  • Configure and update validation rules, field dependencies, and workflow logic
  • Implement default value overrides and process automation as required

Onboarding & Case Management *

  • Build and configure onboarding Salesforce cases for Flash clients
  • Align case structures with existing Prepaid Salesforce patterns and standards

UI & Data Handling *

  • Update Salesforce UI components (LWC or page layouts) based on design artifacts
  • Support API-driven data population and rendering
  • Configure selectable field values and hardcode fields where specified

Requirements

Do you have experience in UI implementation?, We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Apex development skills. This is a full-time, onshore remote engagement where the candidate will serve as the primary technical resource - owning Salesforce development, REST API integration with ServiceNow, and onboarding configuration end-to-end. The ideal candidate is self-directed, hands-on, and comfortable making independent design and implementation decisions with minimal architectural oversight., + Salesforce development experience with strong, demonstrable Apex skills (triggers, classes, callouts)4+ years

  • Hands-on experience building and consuming REST API integrations from Salesforce
  • Proven ability to operate as the sole technical resource - independently making design and implementation decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce case management, onboarding flows, and process automation
  • Comfortable working from design artifacts to implement UI changes (LWC experience a plus)
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow-Salesforce integrations strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Prepaid or financial services Salesforce implementations is an advantage
  • Strong written communication - able to produce API and troubleshooting documentation
