SAP SD Functional Lead (17532)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Functional Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will lead order-to-cash, billing, customer operations, and revenue-related business process modernization efforts while partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions., * Lead SAP SD functional activities throughout the project lifecycle

• Facilitate business process analysis, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
• Design, optimize, and support end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes
• Support SAP S/4HANA configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Develop functional designs and process improvement recommendations
• Provide functional leadership across multiple project phases and workstreams
• Support organizational change management and end-user training efforts

The ideal candidate combines deep SAP SD expertise with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business process transformation experience., * 8+ years of ERP consulting experience

• 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
• Public sector or government consulting experience
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Experience leading functional workstreams and stakeholder engagements
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
