Job description

Lead travel and workforce mobility functional workstreams
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and optimization activities
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and solution discussions
Analyze current processes and recommend business process improvements
Support testing, deployment, training, and organizational change management activities
Collaborate with Finance, HR, ERP, and program leadership teams
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements

Requirements

8+ years of ERP consulting experience * 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience Required
Public sector or government consulting experience
Experience supporting travel management, workforce mobility, relocation, or related business processes
Experience leading functional teams or workstreams
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
