Job description

A WorkSafe Service is seeking a Compliance & Testing Coordinator to join our growing team in Salem, Oregon.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in compliance, operations, and client service. No prior industry experience is required. We provide the training, certification, and support necessary for success.

A WorkSafe Service is a growing occupational drug and alcohol testing company serving employers and court systems throughout the United States.

  • DOT and Non-DOT urine drug testing
  • Court-ordered drug testing

What You’ll Do

As a Drug & Alcohol Testing Technician / Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Welcome and assist employees, applicants, and court participants reporting for testing
  • Conduct urine drug tests, saliva drug tests, and breath alcohol tests
  • Perform directly observed urine collections for court-ordered testing and when required by federal regulations for employment testing (same-gender donors)
  • Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation and testing records
  • Answer phones and assist clients with testing-related questions
  • Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements without deviation
  • Support operational excellence and outstanding client service

Onsite Testing & Driving Requirements

In addition to clinic-based testing, this position may require travel to client locations to perform onsite testing services.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Quality data entry?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Be eligible to operate company vehicles
  • Be insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
  • Maintain a driving record that meets company and insurance carrier requirements
  • Safely operate company vehicles when assigned to onsite testing events

Training & Certification

We provide comprehensive training.

Successful candidates must be willing to:

  • Learn federal regulations and company procedures
  • Complete all required training programs
  • Demonstrate proficiency in testing procedures
  • Pass our internal floor certification process before working independently

Prior industry experience is not required.
