IT Specialist

• Provide technical assistance for department-wide telecommunications systems activities.
• Evaluate specifications for data communication equipment systems and/or networks.
• Assist with the design, development, and installation of unique data transmission systems.
• Develop processes governing the operation and management of data communications programs and systems.
• Review telecommunication policies, procedures, and standards.

Do you have experience in Telecommunication system implementation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Experience/Education with relevant experience commensurate with the category level (experience in lieu of education), + Junior - 1 year experience

• Mid - 3 years’ experience (AA/AS in relevant major)
• Senior - 5 years’ experience (BA/BS in relevant major) Security +, Network +, other associated certifications preferred
