IT Specialist

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join a dynamic team located in Birmingham, AL. Pay Rate $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule and Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM IT Specialist Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices. Monitor and maintain network performance and security. Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Perform system updates, patches, and software installations.

Do you have experience in System security?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Knowledge of Network Security and security protocols Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Job Type Full-time, temporary with temp-to-hire opportunities.
