Job description

As Domu’s AI Deployment Leader, you will own what happens after a customer signs. You will take customers from implementation to go-live, then help them adopt, expand, and get measurable value from Domu.

Reporting to the CPO, your job is to make deployments successful, turn customer needs into clear product feedback, and build the repeatable process for how Domu launches and grows enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, from launch through expansion
  • Build repeatable deployment frameworks for complex enterprise rollouts to streamline execution and accelerate time-to-value
  • Help customers measure impact, identify gaps, and find opportunities to use Domu more broadly
  • Spot expansion opportunities early, build the case for them, and partner with the founders to grow usage and revenue
  • Bring customer feedback and deployment learnings back to product and engineering, helping shape what Domu builds next
  • Create the operating foundation for this function, including critical AI workflows, optimizing for repeatability, quality, and scale

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer relationship building?, * Experience owning enterprise or mid-market customer relationships, with accountability for outcomes

  • Strong commercial judgment. You can understand customer goals, spot expansion opportunities, and connect product usage to business value.
  • Analytical and operational rigor. You bring structure to messy problems.
  • Technical curiosity and independence. You can quickly learn how Domu’s product works, how our customers’ systems operate, and where the two connect, without needing to be an engineer.
  • Clear communication with both executives and technical teams, * Experience in financial services, collections, insurance, or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience building or launching something: a side project, internal tool, product, process, or new function
  • Familiarity with voice AI or AI products used in production
  • Early-stage startup experience, or a strong desire to build in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

We are growing quickly. Interactions are tripling month over month, and we are solving problems most startups never touch: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking systems, enterprise telephony, and regulatory requirements in the U.S.

Why Domu

  • Real traction: post $XXM in revenue, Fortune 500 customers, 12x YoY growth last year
