Job description

As a Robotics Systems Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical lead for our automated material handling environments. You will optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the health and performance of automated robotic vehicles, vertical lifts, and associated material handling adapters.
  • Execute complex troubleshooting protocols to resolve operational bottlenecks and technical system failures.
  • Translate intricate technical data into actionable insights for site teams and external stakeholders.
  • Document system anomalies and partner with engineering departments to develop and implement long-term technical solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions for onsite personnel regarding warehouse management systems and robotic hardware operation.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to standardize workflows and enhance overall production output.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to safety standards, including LOTO and fall protection protocols, in high-activity industrial environments.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in SQL?, * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting complex automated systems.
  • Proficiency with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and robotic platforms (ABB).
  • Technical competency in SQL, Linux, and Python for data analysis and system interaction.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with shifting operational priorities., * Experience in large-scale warehouse automation or logistics environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client-facing technical support.
  • Physical capability to navigate industrial structures, including working at heights and in varied temperature conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various customer sites as needed.
