Job description

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Lead Bathroom Remodeler to bring fresh, innovative designs to life in residential homes. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming bathrooms into functional, beautiful environments by executing precise demolition, installation, and finishing work. Your expertise will ensure each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your remodeling talents while working on diverse projects that challenge your skills and creativity.

Duties

· Demolish existing bathroom fixtures, walls, and flooring with care and efficiency using hand tools and power tools.

· Drywall work

· Apply finishing techniques such as caulking, trim carpentry, plastering, and painting to achieve a polished look.

· Operate heavy equipment and fabrication tools safely for tasks like concrete forming or masonry work when necessary.

· Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and building codes through thorough construction inspection practices.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Woodworking?, · Experience in carpentry, tile installation, remodeling, drywall, basic plumbing, basic electrical, construction

· Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

· Must have your own tools

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in tile installation experience

· Skills: Proficient in reading technical blueprints and performing accurate mathematical calculations (geometry, ratios, dimensions).

· Physical Requirements (Construction): Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 40 lbs. regularly. Requires prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching throughout the workday. Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as climbing ladders and maneuvering in tight spaces. Frequent use of hands, arms, legs, and full-body movement is necessary to handle tools and perform installation duties safely and efficiently.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

· MUST have references, Picture of jobs you have done would be helpful
