Remodeler

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to execute remodeling projects accurately.
• Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, plastering, and finishing tasks with precision.
• Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, trim carpentry, and custom millwork to meet project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.
• Manage on-site safety protocols and coordinate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, and glass installation teams.
• Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam for project documentation and progress tracking.
• Ensure projects are completed on time by managing materials procurement, scheduling subcontractors, and adhering to budgets.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate execution of remodeling plans.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring practices, and HVAC integration as they relate to remodeling projects.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools (drills, saws), with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to on-site challenges during renovation work.
• Knowledge of construction painting techniques including drywall finishing and surface preparation for painting or staining.
