Bathroom Remodeler

• Demolish existing bathroom fixtures, walls, and flooring with precision using hand tools and power tools
• Install plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and shower units, ensuring compliance with building codes
• Perform electrical work such as wiring lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets for bathroom spaces
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute design plans and specifications
• Apply finishing techniques like caulking, plastering, tile laying, and painting to achieve a polished look
• Fabricate custom cabinetry, trim carpentry, and glass installations to enhance bathroom aesthetics
• Operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for demolition or structural modifications
• Conduct construction inspections throughout each phase to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule work efficiently and address any project adjustments promptly

• Extensive experience with plumbing, electrical systems, tile installation, masonry, and concrete finishing
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of construction management practices and site safety protocols
• Ability to perform drywall installation, stucco work, roofing repairs, flooring installation, and restoration projects
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation
• Strong understanding of construction codes, permits, and inspection processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, suppliers, and team members
