Job description

The Senior GIS Analyst serves as a technical lead for GIS projects and initiatives, providing expertise in spatial analysis, geodatabase design, business requirements analysis, system architecture, and project management. This position works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to develop GIS solutions that support organizational decision-making and operational objectives., * Analyze business requirements and translate them into GIS solutions.

  • Design and develop logical data models, workflows, and GIS system architectures.
  • Lead GIS projects from planning through implementation and deployment.
  • Perform advanced spatial analysis, modeling, and geoprocessing activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise geodatabases.
  • Develop GIS standards, governance processes, and best practices.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Supervise GIS analysts, technicians, and project staff.
  • Prepare project status reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for GIS innovation and process improvement.
  • Support enterprise GIS integrations with business systems and databases.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Enterprise GIS architecture

  • Engineering and public works, * Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of GIS experience
  • Experience managing enterprise GIS projects
  • Esri technical certifications preferred
