Job description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM development, integrations, reports, and extensions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Benefits and Absence modules and developing integrations using Oracle HCM tools and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)., * Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reports, extensions, and workflows.

Build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and BI Publisher.
Develop customizations using Visual Builder Studio, Design Studio, and Application Composer.
Create complex OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud patches, upgrades, and testing activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests.
Perform impact analysis and system enhancements.
Document technical solutions and provide technical guidance to team members.

Candidate Must Have Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Development Benefits & Absence Module Expertise Redwood UI / Visual Builder Studio (VBS) HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formulas SQL & PL/SQL HCM REST APIs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM development experience.
Strong experience with:
HCM Extracts
HDL (HCM Data Loader)
BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
OTBI Reports
Fast Formulas
HCM REST APIs
Workflows
Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
Page & Application Composer
Experience working with Redwood UI and Oracle VBS.
Strong expertise in Benefits and Absence modules.
Experience developing HIPAA-compliant integrations.
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, data models, and table structures.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration development.
Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor (OTL), Recruiting, and Help Desk modules.
Utility industry experience.- Nice to have
