Job description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner for enterprise- and large-scale customers. In this role, you’ll help shape how our product is positioned at scale, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams., * Work with Enterprise Account Executives and leadership on Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through to proposals, PoCs (proof-of-concepts), and closed-won deals.
- Conduct deep technical discovery and multi-stakeholder workshops to understand needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Own technical demonstrations and architecture design, including integrations, data flows, and enterprise-grade configurations translating product capabilities into customer value
- Handle security, compliance, and procurement processes on behalf of the customer during deal cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Support to:
- ensure proposed solutions align with product roadmap and compliance requirements,
- feed customer feedback for future product improvements, and
- accelerate time-to-value and adoption post-sale
- Support onboarding and expansion efforts to ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success, and help identify opportunities for upsells, expansion, or additional use cases.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * 6-10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
- Experience working on enterprise deals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
- Ability to effectively explain complex concepts to any audience in the form of clear, polished presentations and/or responses to questions and challenges
- Experience speaking with and presenting to C-Level executives
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to the market, the state of the organization and quickly shifting priorities.
