Job description

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the availability, safety, compliance, and cost-effective operation of the DSP’s vehicle fleet. This role ensures all delivery vehicles are road-ready daily, properly maintained, compliant with Amazon and DOT standards, and that all fleet-related incidents are documented and resolved efficiently., * Ensure daily fleet readiness and vehicle availability

  • Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors, dealerships, and rental providers
  • Track accidents, damages, and insurance claims
  • Maintain fleet documentation and audit readiness
  • Monitor fleet expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Train drivers on proper vehicle use and DVIC reporting
  • Maintain yard organization, keys, fuel cards, and equipment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Private fleet operations?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, We are a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Delivering packages for Amazon. We are seeking a reliable, calm, and detail-oriented Fleet Manager / Dispatcher to manage our fleet and support daily Amazon delivery operations.

  • Ability to stay calm and organized in high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Mechanical aptitude or fleet management experience
  • Ability to manage vendors and multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and mobile tools
  • Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Amazon DSP, dispatch, or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools (Cortex, Netradyne, RTS)
  • Prior Amazon DSP or fleet management experience
  • Knowledge of DOT compliance and accident claims
  • Experience with cargo vans, box trucks, and rentals, * Do you have experience managing and operating a last mile operation with any DSP?

  • Associate (Required)

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
  • Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Fleet management: 1 year (Required)
