• Ensure the availability, performance, recoverability, and security of data platforms
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of database engineers and administrators
• Oversee the development and enforcement of database performance monitoring, alerting, and telemetry standards
• Coordinate with InfoSec and Audit teams to ensure database systems are aligned with corporate security policies

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, * 8-10 years of experience in IT with a focus on relational database management and administration

• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams in a database or platform engineering function
• Designed and supported complex Oracle GoldenGate replication architectures
• Proven experience managing full Oracle patch lifecycle
• Strong expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and Exadata systems
• Proficient with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with cloud-native databases (e.g., Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL), 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets
