IDR is seeking a CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting critical system transitions and ensuring the performance, security, and accessibility of enterprise applications within a public sector environment. The organization is dedicated to implementing innovative solutions and maintaining high standards for system reliability and user experience.

Position Overview for the CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst:

• Provides highly advanced technical support and consulting services for the CAPPS program.
• Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Manages technical requests, system transitions, and ensures compliance with accessibility standards.
• Analyzes system designs and workflows to assess fit, performance, security, and data quality impacts.
• Prepares technical scenarios, test cases, and provides oversight during design reviews.

Requirements for the CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst:

• Extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency
• Extensive experience performing technical activities in support of CPA application systems
• Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap combining planning, technical insight, and cross-functional communication
• Experience preparing materials for and conducting executive-level presentations
• Experience performing technical project management activities in support of CPA’s CAPPS program
