Ecommerce Systems Analyst

B2C Systems Analyst specializing in Magento performance and scalability. This role bridges business and technology teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across the eCommerce platform., The analyst will drive performance optimization initiatives, support incident root cause analysis, define system requirements, and collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions. The role will also serve as a key contributor to performance strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the B2C platform.

Do you have experience in System architecture?, * 5+ years of Magento (Magento 2 preferred) experience with a focus on performance optimization

• Experience optimizing Magento in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong expertise in Varnish, Redis, and CDN configurations
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and Magento architecture
• Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools (New Relic preferred)
• Experience with Azure App Services and Azure MySQL Flexible Server
• Familiarity with CDN platforms (Akamai, Cloudflare, or Azure Front Door)
