Job description

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations
Optimize Salesforce applications for scalability and performance
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions
Support large-scale data processing and integration initiatives
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in System performance optimization?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
Hands-on expertise with:
Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura)
Apex Development
Salesforce Configuration & Customization
Salesforce APIs and Integrations
Apex Triggers
SOQL
Experience handling and optimizing large data volumes (LDV)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor development teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Previous experience in a technical lead or lead developer capacity, * Salesforce: 9 years (Required)
W2 only. No C2C or 1099. Are you able to comply?: 1 year (Required)
