Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

5 8 years of experience in Salesforce development within an enterprise environment.

Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.

Hands-on experience with Apex triggers, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Cloud, and system

integrations.

Experience with telephony integrations (Amazon Connect, Genesys, etc.) and Einstein

Analytics is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Agile delivery and CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent tools).

Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Application Architect certification is a plus
