IT SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our growing team at Jonesbororealtycompany. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and security. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring that our systems and software are up to date and functioning properly., Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support to employees regarding computer systems, software, and hardware
• Monitor network and system performance to ensure efficiency and security
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Manage and maintain inventory of company’s technology assets
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business operations
• Train employees on new technology and software as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Experience with network and system security
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Knowledge of real estate industry and related software is a plus
