Job description

The Analyst, Media, Firehouse Subs will be joining our team to bring a dedicated resource to our measurement, testing and localized media initiatives. Working with internal stakeholders and agency teams, the analyst will have responsibility for activating measurement plans against all campaigns, crafting testing strategies that are rooted in prior learnings and developing a playbook of local media tactics that effectively deliver against objectives. A highly visible role within our growing marketing team, this position will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, work directly with media partners and will gain experience across all types of media channels, including, but not limited to, television (local and national), streaming, social, search, audio and OOH. This role will be pivotal to the overall investment strategy providing data-backed guidance and recommendations - and the Analyst will be looked to internally to drive innovation of our media strategy through both efficiency and effectiveness gains.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Draft weekly media performance updates for our senior leadership team
  • Build out a media measurement library inclusive of KPIs, measurement plans and a best practices guide
  • Utilize MMM and attribution tools to ensure campaign effectiveness is delivered across all campaign plans
  • Lead regular reviews with agency teams, media partners and measurement providers to recommend campaign optimizations
  • Design testing plans for national and local campaign objectives, lead project teams to activate plans and share results/recommendations with marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the insights team to apply sales forecasts, prospecting and known audience behaviors, and consumer trends across media recommendations
  • Maintain current understanding of the industry - specifically, being a subject matter expert for the team on emerging tools, technologies and providers across the measurement and testing vertical

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing analytics?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in media or analytics
  • Proficient understanding of media trends, measurement techniques and media consumption behaviors
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal & written communication skills - and a desire to address challenging problems utilizing this skillset
  • Highly driven individual, balancing accountability, growth and exploration within the role
  • Comfortable leveraging AI solutions to advance the role’s responsibilities
  • Prior experience working for or with agencies is preferred
