Warehouse Inventory Specialist

• 1-2 years’ experience operating Cherry picker
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Receive and unload incoming deliveries and shipments
• Verify received products against purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Confirm quantities, product descriptions, and item specifications are accurate.
• Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, shortages, or missing components.
• Accurately enter received inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Update inventory records, stock levels, and storage locations.
• Utilize barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Label, organize, and stage inventory for storage or distribution.
• Maintain orderly and efficient storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all receiving issues and corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.

Do you have experience in Material handling equipment operation?, * 1-2 years’ experience operating Cherry picker

• Proficient in inventory software, barcode scanners, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background screening.
