Job description

As the Cross Category Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Team’s focus on driving demand by creating a seamless, inspiring digital experience that connects customers with the right products and services at every stage of their site journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, has a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to use analytics to inform site merchandising and site experience decisions that drive conversion. You’ll assist in curating on-site experiences, testing the customer journey, monitoring site performance, assisting with promotional event performance recaps, and analyzing key metrics to help optimize how customers discover and shop our brand online.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Site Merchandising

  • Execute and test customer journey for online events, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Own the curation of seasonal gift guides and select curated shops using both data and merchant recommendations to promote discoverability, customer engagement & revenue.
  • Support quarterly global site taxonomy and refinement updates to ensure successful implementation on site.
  • Monitor inventory levels to adjust product placements based on availability and sales velocity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative) to ensure accurate and timely content execution.
  • Ensure accurate set-up and visibility of key digital services, such as Digital Stylists, across site touchpoints, and monitor customer engagement.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on site performance, product findings method trends, and merchandising effectiveness. Utilize data insights to make recommendations for improving product presentation and overall site performance.
  • Assist in pulling key KPIs for promotional events to understand drivers of performance against plan, and last year’s benchmarks. Help develop holistic recaps of live events to drive recommendations for immediate performance optimizations and post-event recaps to summarize key learnings.
  • Generate and maintain monthly navigation performance reports.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to inform future site navigation strategies.

Site Optimization

  • Identify and work with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot any site navigational or SFCC setup issues that may arise.
  • Help identify and troubleshoot any on-site errors, broken links, or customer experience issues.
  • Monitor competitor sites for promotional marketing, merchandising trends and UX opportunities.
  • Advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance for site setup.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Online retail experience?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or fashion
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
