Job description

Lead collaborative UI/UX development team.
Design interactive user interfaces and user experiences using industry-standard design tools.
Create wireframes, mockups, rapid prototyping, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research with end-users to create journey maps and use case workflows.
Research and stay up to date on UI/UX methodologies.
Contribute ideas and collaborate with a multi-faceted team of developers and researchers.
Experience with graphic design for desktop or cloud applications for technical domains.

Requirements

8+ years of solid experience with designing interactive user interfaces.
BA/BS BS/MS Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field and/or equivalent experience required.
Proven experience leading a UI team.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Familiarity with Linux UI is strongly desired.
Experience in analytics or machine learning (AI) domains is desired.
Demonstrable knowledge of research methodologies.
