Big Data Intrusion Detection Systems

Job description

  • Manage installation of Cat5e/Cat6/fiber infrastructure and headend systems
  • Coordinate equipment deployment activities
  • Support commissioning, cutovers, and system turnover processes
  • Ensure quality control across cable management, labeling, and testing standards
  • Interface with field teams to support troubleshooting and installation accuracy
  • Provide oversight for electronic security and access control systems integration
  • Assist in field execution when needed (pulling cable, onsite support as required)
  • Coordinate project timelines, manpower, and daily site progress

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunications low voltage systems?, * 10-15 years of experience in Project Management (low voltage / electronic security)

  • Strong background in electronic security, headend systems, and structured cabling
  • LenelS2 OnGuard certification PLUS
  • IDS / cybersecurity systems experience a plus
  • Experience managing or supporting large-scale data center environments
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Lift certification required
  • Must be local to Richmond, VA
  • Must have own tools, PPE, and proper work attire when assisting in field
  • Ability to support field work when needed (cable pull / install assistance)
  • Willingness to travel to job sites within Virginia as needed
