Head of Technology & Systems

Tony’s Tacos is a fast-growing restaurant brand building a data-driven and technology-powered organization. We are looking for a Head of Technology & Systems to design, implement, and manage the company’s technology infrastructure. This role will oversee the systems that power marketing, analytics, and internal operations, including the creation of a marketing ‘war room’ with real-time dashboards and social listening tools. The ideal candidate is a systems builder who enjoys connecting technology, automation, and data to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Infrastructure

• Design and manage the company’s internal technology systems

• Build and maintain the marketing war room dashboards and displays

• Set up and maintain hardware including monitors, workstations, and network equipment

Marketing & Data Systems

• Implement and manage tools such as ScreenCloud, Geckoboard, Sprout Social, and other marketing technology platforms

• Build dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, operations, and sales

• Ensure leadership has clear and accurate performance data

Systems Integration & Automation

• Connect platforms such as POS, loyalty programs, social media analytics, and reporting tools

• Implement automation systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

• Continuously improve the company’s technology stack

Network & Security

• Maintain office network, internet, and internal systems

• Ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, and scalable

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Experience with SaaS platforms and system integrations

• Experience building dashboards and data reporting systems

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, APIs, etc.) preferred

• Experience with marketing technology or analytics platforms is a plus
