System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to provide both remote and onsite IT support for a variety of client environments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise., * Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.

• Troubleshoot and maintain computers, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and network equipment.
• Support and administer Windows Server 2016 or newer environments.
• Manage Active Directory and domain-related services.
• Support Microsoft Azure / Entra ID and hybrid environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Resolve support tickets from start to finish.
• Participate in and lead IT infrastructure projects when needed.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Train end users on the use of hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality support.

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * One of the following is required:

• At least one Microsoft Certification, or
• Associate’s degree (or higher) in a related field.
• Experience with:
• Windows Server 2016 or newer
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Azure / Entra ID
• Microsoft 365
• Windows 11 environments
• Office 2021 or later
• Strong troubleshooting and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
