Computer Repair Technician

• Maintain and repair technological equipment (notebooks, Chromebooks, desktop pcs, displays as well as printers
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality. Replace failed or broken components.
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference via electronic ticketing systems
• Offer timely technical support and work with other team members to meet customer repair deadliness.

Do you have experience in Time management?, We seek a qualified Computer repair Technician to repair Laptops and desktop computers. As a computer technician you’ll need to have good problem-solving abilities to help diagnose, fix and ensure functionality of each device your working on. The goal is maintain high volume computer repair at a central location for large school systems and colleges in NC., * HP, DELL or Lenovo certified

• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components is a plus. Training will be provided by Netcom if needed
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Very good communication abilities
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage as well as DELL, Lenovo or HP certifications.
