Senior System Engineer

• Support, manage, and optimize client IT environments across Windows, M365, Azure AD, and network infrastructure.
• Lead system migrations, cloud integrations, and project rollouts with precision.
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and mentor junior technicians when needed.
• Utilize and improve our MSP tool stack
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and SOPs for all systems and deployments.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to implement automation and drive operational excellence.
• Participate in on-call rotation for escalations when required.

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 3+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.

• Deep understanding of:
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Networking (SonicWall, Meraki, or Unifi)
• Endpoint protection, RMM, and backup tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about technology, growth, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Intune, DR, Third Party Multi-Factor Authentication, VPN, or Spam filter.
• Cybersecurity background (HIPAA, NIST, or ISO 27001 frameworks).
• PowerShell or scripting automation experience.
• Leadership or project management experience within an MSP.
